General Payment Systems, Inc. (OTC:GPSI) (the "Company") - a payment processing technology company that specializes in the $500 billion government payment space, is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to provide kiosk-based payment and tracking technology for probation needs through CSRA Probation Services which services approximately 60 courts in the State of Georgia. The agreement is the first of which for General Payment Systems in the probation and post release market.
