First of all..
.002 is an easy call. Tlfx moves upwards swiftly. We hit .004 on a local pump. Now, how far would you project a move on real news? That is something different altogether. That could be projected if charting in Pinks was reliable. Sadly, it isn't.
Not to rain on you, I chart this also. I do not look at price as closely as volume. Volume never lies.
