FAQ-MobilRelay

We at MBO™ understand that in the mobile industry there are really no "norms". In fact, standards and features vary from manufacturer to service provider. Therefore, in an effort to make each experience with our service a positive one, we will be updating our FAQ area regularly to help you use our service more efficiently. So, to get answers to any questions you may have, or to report any problems with our service simply email us at faq@mbo.com. We thank you for your business and hope you enjoy using our service. Let's get started by answering a few of the most common questions:

What type of phone do I need to use MBO?
How do I get to MBO.com with my phone?
I recieved my text message but how can I view my tickets?
What if my battery goes dead?
Which theaters offer MBO™?
Question: What type of phone do I need to use MBO™?
Any mobile phone with a color screen and mobile web activation.

To check and see if you can access MBO™ simply start your mobile phone's web browser and go to mbo.com
Question: How do I get to MBO.com with my phone?
This depends on which phone and carrier you have. The first step is to enter MBO.com on your web browser. The three most common ways to do this are:

1. Open your web browser and go to the menu feature. Scroll to and select the "Go To URL" or "Enter URL" option. Then enter www.mbo.com
2. Open your web browser and on your carrier's homepage. There will be a list of options. Scroll to and select "Go To URL" or "Enter URL". Then enter www.mbo.com.
3. Open your web browser on your carrier's homepage. There will be a list of options. Scroll to and select "Search". Once you are on the "Search" page scroll to and select "Go To URL" or "Enter URL". Then enter www.mbo.com.

If you can not find the feature that allows you to enter a URL on your phone's web browser then contact your service provider. It is probably because your mobile web feature has not been activated.
Question: I recieved my text message but how can I view my tickets?
Within your text message is a link to your tickets. You need to follow that link to actually see your tickets. Depending on which phone and carrier you have this will vary. Here are the most common way of following that link:

1. Open your text message and scroll to the link. The option "go" or "link" should appear. Once you select this option you should be able to view your ticket. (This is most common with Nextel/Motorola)
2. Open your text message and go to your menu feature. Then scroll and select "Go to" or "Use". Once you select this option you should be able to view your ticket. (This is most common with Nokia)
3. Go to your inbox. Scroll to but do not open your message. Then go to the menu feature. Scroll to "Go To" or "Use". Once you select this option you should be able to view your ticket. (This is most common with the Motorola V series.)
4. If you are a Verizon customer and can't do any of the above you might have a phone that Verizon has crippled. You can still use the MBO™ service by going to www.mbo.com. Then scroll and select "Retrieve Tickets". Please feel free to contact Verizon and tell them what an inconvience this is.)

No matter what! You should be able to view your tickets by going to www.mbo.com and then select "Retrieve Tickets".
Question: What if my battery goes dead?
We have designed our service to minimize any inconvience caused by this problem. In the event that this happens to you you can use any mobile phone with a color screen and web capabilities. Simply go to www.mbo.com then scroll and select "Retrieve Tickets". In the unlikely event that no other qualifying mobile phone is available then all you have to do is go to the box office, explain the problem and they will gladly print you a hard copy.
Question: Which theaters offer MBO™?
Emagine Entertainment is always seeking to provide you with the best experience in theater entertainment. That is why they are first in offering you the convenience of Mobile Box Office™.
Now that we have answered some of your questions its time for you to see what your phone can do! The future is in your hands.. Stay Tuned!
