Hardly. Your claim about the limits of Industry Guide 7 have no basis of fact. And the claim that NI 43-101 is a "worldwide standard" would certainly be news not only in the US, but in Australia and South Africa and Europe and everywhere else, all of which have their own legal standards that are quite different from NI 43-101.

NI 43-101 is limited to Canada only. And NBRI, as a US corporation that is not a Canadian reporting issuer, is not only legally prohibited from using NI 43-101, they cannot comply with the most basic of NI 43-101 requirements.

And as far as "cross-border pissing matches" goes, no one is more pissed off at companies like NBRI making claims that their bogus documents are "NI 43-101 reports" than the Canadians.
