So basically Gold seeker is saying that someone had a 320 share position he wanted to close out for a tax loss. His current position was worth about 3 cents.

Question: When do did this "investor" originally buy this position as a serious purchase?

Answer: Never, its someone playing around for a few bucks to suppress the PPS in the thinly traded market for this company. Its absolutely irrelevant.
