I seriously doubt those were HIS shares...No one who is trying to get MAX $$$ for their shares would announce their intention to sell and certainly no one would put up 1M shares on a lowered ask (.0125...designed to scare others into selling) and once those shares are gollbled up, turn around and put up another 1M share the same exact way...this was either a WASH SALE between accounts, or SHORT...
