What is real is the previous 8K said Riad would be given shares for his fraud bonds. Of course not in those exact words. LOL The company has 15 days to submit a Form D to indicate how they bought these fraud bonds for $700M.

It doesn't validate the bonds. Only that CDFT has filed the required Form D. It's one of those "what ya knows" thingies. It is the next best thing to show intent of fraud to an actual booking of the assets. Deeper and deeper DeRoos falls.

Yet to be explained is how one authorizes 2M total Series E, and end up granting 2B.
