He did answer it on the investor page yesterday... not sure if you or some on the board got it or not... but he said they were concentrating on the Q and then they would do the changes....
If he was to do a name, symbol and Cusip change before the Q is filed...(and remember the cost of those changes is around $2500). Well to do those changes right before the Q comes out, means all of the Q has to be changed to reflect the name, symbol and cusip number...that would add additional cost to filing the Q... by waiting he only has to pay the fee for the changes to the name, symbol and cusip...most likely he is saving around $3,000.00
You may want to look up the Fees for being listed on the OTC...its not free, they have fees for everything on that exchange... filing financial's and staying current is not free with them... Once the Q is filed the rest will follow...
Now with that said..its still stupid not to PR the news he has...doesn't matter what we are currently called... remember we have been this name since day one and this ran from .01 to .06 using the current symbol and name...
