No, I am right.

NI 43-101 is NOT a "worldwide standard". Every country has their own standards of mineral reporting. NI 43-101 is used ONLY in Canada. US companies are required, by law, to ONLY use Industry Guide 7.

And that "report" is NOT an NI 43-101 report. By regulation, to be an actual NI 43-101 report, it can only be used by a Canadian reporting issuer (which NBRI is not) AND must be filed with, and reviewed by, a Canadian regulator. Which this "report" has not. That alone precludes its use as a "worldwide standard" as only Canadian issuers can comply with the first, and most important, requirement under NI 43-101 - filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian regulators.

US companies publish NI43101s all the time but when have you ever heard of the SEC telling them they cant do that?

Almost every single day. Here are some examples of SEC comments to companies that try to pass off bogus NI 43-101 reports:

"We note that you reference a National Instrument 43-101 technical report throughout your filing. Referring to your report as a National Instrument 43-101 technical report implies that the report has been submitted on the Sedar website for review by the Canadian authorities. Please tell us if your National Instrument 43-101 technical report has been submitted on the Sedar website and, if not, revise to refer to your report as a technical or geology report."

The SEC is really cracking down on bogus NI 43-101 reports. They have begun requiring some companies from removing them from their websites as well, almost certainly under encouragement from the Canadian regulators who are none too happy with their standards being diluted by bogus reports.
