That is not an NI 43-101 report. To call it one is a serious problem.

As a US incorporated issuer and not a Canadian Reporting Company, NBRI is prohibited from using NI 43-101. Even if it were a real NI 43-101 report, which it is not.

Just one more example of their numerous problems with securities regulations.
