It's not news it's perception. And the perception is that under 8 was a good buy, now the market is reacting and hoping they can acquire before earnings report.

Also we had a big day yesterday so there is some spill over plus new investors trying to buy in, high volume hitting radars.

But.... If you want news looks at event marijuana legislation going on in various states. If I was an investor just reading about this now I would check out the sector, in which case phot is outperforming and offers limited risk with huge upside.

Sometimes news isn't a driver, sometimes it's the "grumbling hive," or just Animal Spirits (great book by the way about psychology impacting markets).
