Question for the board. Everyone says that Asher will convert today, but doesn't he have to wait a few days for paper certificates? So we won't be seeing him sell any from todays conversion until maybe Friday?

I feel like we are all hunkered down waiting for the attack of dilution to come. Some will be lost in battle, some may stay to fight on. I don't want to sell at a loss, but I don't want to lose it all either.... This dream of an investment has turned very ugly and dark for me. I'm very much a middle class guy making less than 45k a year and here I sit with 9 million shares of a stock that is about to be hit hard with dilution.

Berge, if you are reading this, Thanks for the last PR. It shows me that you were at least trying to help us move the PPS up a little. Unfortunately it didn't work because no one is going to risk buying at higher prices until this is over, or you post a really massive PR about this new deal.

I hope it is all over soon.
