Just to clarify, I mentioned months ago that my windows that I was watching were mid-July or mid-Oct. at which time I may get back in. (I always got a kick out of those who stated at different times I was pi**ed that I got out and just wished I was back in.) As we know this stock has been fraught with highly pumped expectations and dates of "to the moon". They have all come and gone.
Big Deal in March - 1st qtr. royalties from Korea, 2nd qtr, maybe 3rd. qtr.? - MRTX blastoff, how did that work out - July 4th, big party get your tickets - End of Summer blow out - Levy Sentencing, we are all going to get paid or at least some of us, unless you have sold your holdings you don't even have a loss to claim. Come on this basic stuff. - Levy Sentencing, Debt cancellation ( that the only one that seems to be a slam dunk - you can't charge for a illegal act. - Levy Sentencing, company get back the 5.6 mil profit made by the Levys. I don't know if they will see any of that money, its possible. Just keep in mind that they have seized 15 mil. and GDGI wasn't the most hurt (they're still in business), others may have filed a claim. The lawyers for Levy ARE GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY (when has a judge ever denied that?) And the sentencing possibilities also include 5 mil fine for David & Donna,each.
All these things mean very little, IMO, so we are back to GDGI doing their thing and if they are successful it will pay off big time. If Costa Rica doesn't happen then there may be no bottom to catch them.
So for the ones who PM me, I do not give stock advice nor am I qualified to ( that is another thing, no one should ever say " come on you have to convince them not to sell", you are putting yourself in bad place when things don't work out) I can say that I plan to keep an eye on it for now and the 20's, if it comes, may or may not be a buy. With this stocks history I may be more inclined to chase. If it were to go as high as some have stated who cares if you get in at .0020 or .008 or .0018. Its not hard to buy a stock that the news has already popped on. Would I sell now and hope for the teens or sell now and walk away, that is strictly a personal decision. GLTA!!!
