I do know Roche has some different technology ongoing to address the oral delivery problem also.

I'm not aware of that so, can you please elaborate or provide a link? The most advanced and different technology for oral treatment of Gaucher I'm aware of is eliglustat (glucocerebroside synthase inhibitor) currently in phase III and I believe Sanofi said they will file for approval this year.
