Dear Holladay Stock Transfer,

My broker at Scottrade said that I will need to get paperwork from you before the issue of my restricted stock dividends in Suncrest Energy (SNYY) can take place.
These shares are being given to shareholders of Blackout Media Corp (BKMP).
After speaking with other shareholders who have different brokers, no one else has mentioned this.
Franlkly it is a first to me also.
Could you help to clarify this for me or send me the paperwork that I need?
I also called and left a message this morning.
As some businesses prefer to respond to email rather than phone calls. I thought I would give you both options.
I would appreciate any information you could give me.
