Let me say it again:
A Poison-Pill Reverse Split would destroy us.
The company's terrible financial condition
does not permit any other outcome.
As soon as the stock starts trading post-split,
the price will cascade-down like Niagara Falls.
Evaluating a Reverse Split is totally different
than evaluating a company's rosy prospects for
the future. One is forward looking, the other
is backward looking. There MUST be a history
of solid financial statements... otherwise it
will simply provide an opportunity for the
company to further dilute their stock...
while our shareholder value is all but destroyed.
