I'm showing an after hours trade today of 120k shares at .0535 (16:11). I was under the impression that after hours trading for OTC wasn't possible. At least it isn't for me through Vanguard. Can anyone shed light on the mechanics of such a trade?

Also - who's buying this far above the close and why? I'm intrigued.
