With PRPM? It is either dilution or more likely just a huge amount of retail selling. Don't forget: 30 million is really not a lot of shares when over 4.5 BILLION PRPM shares are coasting around out there. I don't imagine that the float is anywhere near the 2.46 billion that was reported way back in January. Vakser has printed a ton of paper since then. I mean, on July 31st there were only 3 billion outstanding PRPM shares out there.

How does 30mm shares get bought but stock doesn't move to 4's?
