Quest Oil Corp. (QOIL)

A "shell" company can remain on the stock exchange for years. It is up to the investor to do his or her investigating before buying. The SEC will not tell you what you can or cannot buy or sell. But eventually they will remove a security that has not filed for a while. They are just not in a any hurry. I have been expecting this QOIL to be taken down eventually if whoever is running it doesn't hurry up and do something soon.
