I feel that Judges are politcal hack jerks
Our last judge ruled that if he could not understand the patent, neither could a jury, is that right? Judges rule on the law, and they often screw that up. During a trail, lawyers often have to tell the judge what the law is.
Our patent is pretty complicated. So why can a clueless judge have the right to rule on something he does not understand, and therefore rule against us?
