Correct me if am wrong apart from STLK there only one other company in Costa Rica that can produce the capability for the wind form right? At least that's what I overstand from the CC".

Grupo ICE" expects the form to be up and running by 2014 right? Now from the information put out by Versant over the past months it safe to say Grupo ICE is only Negotiating with Versant. Seems to me that if Grupo want such a massive project up and running by 2014 the contract presented by STLK must be signed. Its seems to be a done deal IMO.
