I might agree but this is trial has been a 30 move chess game that VRNG appears to be winning and backing GOOG into a corner. Unless GOOG comes to court saying that this evidence was obtained illegally or that the person in question is really Edward Snowden and he should be brought up on charges, at some point, these types of things should be recognized by shorts as adding risk to their positions. In fact, this is not happening which leads you to believe that a larger force is playing with the stock here. Shorts risk that a MARA, PKPR, VHC or Volkswagon-Porsche moonshot is going to occur here by end of year.
