Given that Android on Clover Trail+ has been shipping for some time, do you think there is a deal or rapprochement between Intel and Microsoft to delay Android on Bay Trail till Windows 8.1 Tablets have been given a chance to make an impact?

In other words, the delay may not be solely due to updating Android drivers, etc. for Bay Trail...

If so, what could be the quid pro quo to Intel from Microsoft?
