I think it will and bottom at .33ish. Yes we have multiple lines tested here at .37 but whats the one thing missing for a rebound? VOLUME. VOLUME is the main infdicator and it has NOT out paced the selling so far yet. You will know when the bottom hits, cause it won't be tested again and you'll be amazed by the volume of buys. Seen it 100x but just my opinion. GLTYA
