I checked the t/a last Tuesday and it was not gagged. When the stock was getting dumped on with blocks going off at .0002 I checked with them again and the lady who picks up at the transfer agent told me Richard had just gagged them. That was Thursday. I also got an email saying the same thing which I have posted. So the bottomline is
the company is hiding things now and with over 1b shares of a/s they can still dump, you can see why the stock is dying here.
There is no legitimate reason to gag your transfer agent personally.
The company is selling shares now.
