Just got this email reply back from Richard Smith

"Good morning Steve:

If shareholders want information on the company they should contact the company directly not the transfer agent. The transfer agent has a job to do and that is manage the stock book not respond to shareholder inquires. We will be hiring an investor relations firm shortly to handle all shareholder inquires including any questions regarding the share structure. The volume of calls was getting a bit much.
