Welcome to the wonderful world of OTC Market Makers, where many of the posted bids and asks are mere illusions to manipulate the ignorant masses.

The way the (very few) rules are written your bid must be ABOVE the ask or the MM has his choice of who to sell to (himself first, a good buddy /co-conspirator second, a large good customer third, and you last, if ever.

What is worse, you can put in a bid substantially above the ask, and the MMs can ignore your bid for minutes while raising their own or buddies bids to match yours, and THEN sell it to themselves / buddies.

It is a cruel world.

But the GOOD NEWS is that in a few months KBLB will be able to leave the MMs behind forever.

PS. I have repeated the above wisdom many times in response to those here who say that they can just wait for the big news and buy then, when it is a sure thing.

It is difficult or impossible for a retail investor to buy a stock such as KBLB while it is experiencing a rapid rise in price.
