Sorry man, I never trust what management of a pink sheet stock says about the share structure. You should not either. There is no legitimate reason to gag the transfer agent, EVER. I liked RANF but now that we have seen blocks of stock killing this stock for months now and the fact Richard gagged the transfer agent last week and now VFIN is on the ask and the stock is collapsing today on the news once again, I think we all know he has recently issued even more shares.
