CICA Update. As we have previously disclosed, we are in an arbitration case (CICA is the arbitration body) with our former Costa Rican investment bank. Last week we had witnesses testify. The arbitration tribunal has requested two additional months to review the material and render their opinion. We agreed to the extension and are comfortable with where we are with the process and the case.
Update: We have Garrad Hassan and turbine manufacturers discussing the Annual Energy Production Report findings with regard to the Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). We also have a preliminary call for the debt financing process with Ex-Im Bank this week, to discuss the application process, as well as how the due diligence will be handled and time frames.
I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing.
