Material events must be reported within 3 days of the 'event'. What is that you don't understand about this rule???? Receiving an appraisal of a company asset increase is a material event. The fact remains, the company has not reported the event in question, so therefore it has not occurred. IMO, your book is 'kindergarten' level, but keep trying. I don't have time to totally embarrass you at the moment, but don't push me.
