Liquid brands is part of Premier Brands.

Harumi Orozco described it to me this way on 9/20 & 9/24 emails from her Premier Brands email address.

"Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your questions on what the relationship between Premier Brands, Liquid Brands and Cube 17, a Premier Brands Inc. is the parent company of the other ones."

After some additional communication Harumi shared this.

"We are the parent company of Mexico Sales Alliance and BevFan, we are not of Wholesale Fund."
