SEC does not have to accept it. Live legal support with ATIG at SEC meeting . . . and who is to pay it (with what)? Sounds like just a fromal input legal counter-position letter to be presented to SEC.
ATIG has the monies of retail investors . . . note the final status of our money was shorted from us, maybe by insiders?
ATIG paid out 'contracts' to develop its online mobile platform for casino venues only. Where did that $$s go? Where is the verified performance info?
ATIG received 'salaries' (and stock options rights?).
Someone has all 'our' monies . . . what will they do . . . give it back (doubtful)?
ATIG has made no public (that I am aware of) remise for its 'in-activity' and any useful reference to its platform useage figures, etc. by tribal casinos.
Everyone is scared . . . wonder why? ATIG dropped-the-ball . . . why no info on that? Silence. Does ATIG even have a 'ball' to drop?
No one has come forward from 'our 1st shareholders meeting' to tell us retail investors the facts. Its rather rudimentary 'stupid' to have even had a shareholders meeting . . . if no real info came forth. Some of us are really wondering what happened therein.
How long will it take for 'the application' to be processed and answered?
Sounding a lot like a final extra legal maneuver to 'cover their legality a--'?
Note neither SEC or ATIG are required to state why 'the freeze' and then release of freeze to zero stock value. Wonderful oversight by both. OTC and pink sheet retail investors are left with an 'empty' letter statement. SEC performance matches the performance of pinkie zombie companies. America has become a turkey shoot descent . . . no real small business assistance plan to create jobs . . . thus we are throwing our monies toward the big sucking drain sound . . . in the dark.
I am not crying spill milk . . . I just was stupid enough to believe that american creative development could come from pinkies status lack of oversight and minimum reporting standards . . . follow the money . . . what did that president say about life 'trust, but verify'.
And . . . crowd funding via internet 'Hope-and-Change' schemes, also appears quite heavily shewed to failure. Now, I look for sales and revs thereof, and product reviews as more solid investing model. Most small start-up businesses fail within 5 years. 'To The MOON Alice!!'
Its really why humans fail . . . no management skills or common sense . . . and no plan b or C. Bad code. I ,of course, left out random motion . . . the flip of the coin.
Read this book by this silicon valley dude . . . and he says we posters online should be paid for each cellphone, etc. post, survey, game etc. electronic activity we do. Its morally fair and a possible future job for all of us in a GAI (guaranteed income consumerism economy) . . . he felt it was wrong that the government, advertisers, and data miners should get our responses and data and comments value for free.
