A couple of things to point out.

1 - yes the investment from cv is good for business strategy and growth but may very well affect the pps In the future and not In a good way

2 - the amount of investment is unknown at this time however cv's website says generally investments are 2-3 million dollars.

3- the type of investment is unknown. If this is infact a convertible note investment this is not good for the stock and depending on the amount of this investment the stock may be headed no where with increased dilution in sight.

4 - generally with these types convertible notes we will have some time before it converts and dilutes the stock. So until then we may be safe. But I am for certain there are a lot of unknowns at this time.

5 - toxic financing is never good when it comes to investments and pps. I guess we shall soon find out.
