I don't claim to be stock savvy or understand how to read/understand most SEC filings as I have attended the stock school of hard knocks as this is not my main source of income(thank God),but has anybody read their SEC filing of form 10-12g? It's the past ,the present and the future,very informative and explanatory but very forward looking statements . Fortunately , it seems that a lot of the hurdles (but there are many more that should come with ease upon signing of PPA ) have been addressed.
I have learned not to fall in love with any stock but can't help myself with this one, but it's a one shot deal; no PPA and it's back to the drawing board but I don't suspect this will happen as much progress as been done since their merger and I think the men leading this company are very resourceful and passionate about what they are about to make happen with a bright and prosperous future ahead!
It seems that there is 11 existing wind farms in the area , so it's not something new that they are trying to do, but need to remain competitive with the others and offer a better and more economical wind farm then any other! On their Facebook page , a post dated October 3rd, I wonder what they meant by 'we have a great proposed solution that would provide clean renewable energy at rates lower than the state owned entity can generate'. This response was based on a link in response to increased electricity rates that have been requested for Costa Rica .
I think they probably have most of the $ covered needed from large investors upon signing PPA to comply with
Import/export letter of credit ,we will find out details as this develops further.
I have a day off today , so I'm just bored as my wife is having a 'Zu Clean Living' party selling non-toxic/chemical home and business cleaning products, I now am the proud owner of $600 worth of cleaning products!
I don't post much on any stock boards that I have May have a position in but can't help myself on this one just as I have brought in at least 6 other investors with nice positions, shouldn't get friends involved but they have done there own DD and made the decision to buy! Good idea IMHO
