The float is only 39 million. Very small for a penny stock. Any momentum and this flies. It appears management doesn't want to dilute and only will if absolutely necessary. Even if they have to it will be worth it for a $300 million dollar deal. I hate when company dilutes for their own selfish reasons. It appears we don't have that here! Will add some more next week cause I like how management is handling this. Very professional!
