I have discussed with Rick a few times how I really do not care to merely see increasing revenues, but I want to see those revenues making a positive impact on the bottom line, thus increasing EARNINGS.
I'm not invested here to give the owners and employees of NMKT a business or job, I am invested to be able to support their business and thus, have rights to a share of their PROFITS. If they have revenues increasing 800% a quarter, but cost increasing 1000% a quarter, this is certainly NOT an attractive investment to me. I am only paying them so they can keep their job. Who would like to give me $100,000 a year so that I can make a nice comfortable living while I make widgets that only 10 people want to buy at $1000.00 a widget. If anyone on this board would be willing to do that, I will certainly go out and find those widgets that I can make, and the 10 people to sell them to, and get back with you next month to sign the deal. Same thing to NMKT, MAKE ME SOME MONEY, NOT REVENUES that pay your salaries, travel expenses, and other costs, but require more cash input from me or lenders/financiers so you can keep your nice-salaried job.
So, in light of this, here is a link:

1) Now, NMKT, what are you doing to be in one of the companies fitting this article?
2) Can us investors expect you to fit it in 2006? If not, You are sending us a big red signal that it a still a premature time to be investing in your company and that you are still going to spend the next 12 months catering to the IBs, and other big financiers like venture capitalists, which will make damned sure that they will get their money, along with excessive profits, well before any of us will see any appreciation of our share price of NMKT.
I'm sorry if this puts you on the defensive, as my previous post suggests, but this is one point I am very concerned and adamant about you knowing how shareholders feel. Consequently, the more astute longs here, who are looking for some return on their invested monies, will make decisions regarding whether you deserve our support or not.

3) Please tell us what our NET TANGIBLE ASSETS are at this point in time. I am NOT asking for stockholder equity or shareholder assets, I am asking for NET TANGIBLES.
4) Will you, from this time on, disclose each quarter, what our net tangible assets are? I am one shareholder that would appreciate this.
