The Mekonza Corp. M&A would be worth a lot more than $4M...

Mekonza's quarterly revs are in the $3.5M to $3.6M range (and annual range of $14-15M) - just as Latteno Food Corp has stated their annual earnings.

Considering most M&A's go for 7-9 times earnings...this places Mekonza's value somewhere between $98M to $135M. However, without complete earnings history, my guess is Mekonza would be worth at least $60M to $75M (conservative estimate).

$60M/1.2B shares = .05 cents
$135M/1.2B shares = .11+ cents

No wonder money has been changing hands and the MFI rolling here.
