I got the same info from IR a few days ago. AGM by the EOY... my guess is that means sometime in December with DEF 14A proxy filing about 30 days prior, so maybe we'll see it right around the time of the Q3 filing or shortly thereafter?

I would hope they have have BoD candidates to announce, but that may take another quarter given the amount of DD necessary from both sides. I would like to be wrong and see a slate to be voted on at the AGM.

It would also be respectful to update shareholders on the status of the May 2012 letter agreement and whether the call and put provisions are still active if no qualified independents have been nominated, or if that letter has been amended. Clarity on that issue alone might support the share price.

IR confirmed (this week) that AGM will be held b4 eoy
i would expect 30 days notice myself .. so right now
we are talking mid to late Nov at the earliest for AGM
