Of YOUR questions, I am not happy with choosing just one to be answered - I will choose a minimum of three.
1) "2. Debt – in the past 5 quarters, $7.6million of debt has been converted to equity (at an average of 21 cents per share). The majority of this debt has never appeared on the balance sheet. Where has it come from? Why have you chosen not to issue 8k disclosure of the transaction details, as required, to inform investors?"
2) "2. You stated last year that the failed financing in Dec 2004 prevented you from hiring a CFO. Why did this prevent you from spending $200k/year on a CFO? Given your insider dealings, consistently late filings, and accounting restatement, why have you chosen not to invest in a CFO? Why can you issue 2million shares for consulting services (at significant discounts to market) in the first 3 quarters of 2005, and yet imply that you can’t afford a CFO? Can you name one other public company who intentionally operates without a CFO?"
3) "VTI
1. Why do you refuse to file VTI’s statement of disclosure for it’s NMKT’s holdings? VTI should use the closing price as of Dec 31 to estimate beneficial conversions, yet you claim that you cannot estimate. Why? Why does your current disclosure in NMKT’s 10Q not include the 40million shares that you issued to yourself via the convertible note?
2. You have chosen to raise capital into VTI, and then loan the proceeds to NMKT. Why have you chosen this model, instead of raising capital directly into NMKT? What are the profits of VTI in this arrangement? How can you prove to investors where your economic allegiance is, given that you are the sole officer presiding over both sides of the transaction? How does this address your representation that NMKT suffers from shorting when engaging in financing transaction, given that investors into VTI can short NMKT just the same as if they were investing directly into NMKT?
3. As asked previously, why have you chosen not to disclose the details of VTI transactions via a NMKT 8k filing?"

Now, it would greatly help us all Charleoi, if, when you address questions to the company, you could find a way to phrase them in a way that ELIMINATES any accusatory slant (now, I'm not saying when you pose the concerns to the message board ). The reason being, sometimes people cannot, or will not answer an accusatory question because just by answering the question they could inadvertantly validate the accusation, when the accusation may be totally false.
This is a standard examination technique used by sly attorneys; say a scenario where Mr. Jones was GIVEN $15,000 to go make a purchase the next day in another state, and Mr. Jones places the $15,000 in a safe deposit box until he leaves to do the errand (NO CRIME), but Mr. Jones is then accused of stealing the money for a drug deal. The attorney would pose the question on the stand as: "Well, Mr. Jones, Isn't it true that you placed the $15,000 that you stole to buy the drugs with in a safe deposit box in Bank America?." In court, Jones can only answer yes or no, and if he answers yes (because he DID put the money into the box, but it was not stolen and it was not used for drugs) he implicates himself as to being guilty - he has just also admitted he stole it and it was used in a drug deal. If he answers "no" it appears that he is lieing or trying to cover something up because he did, in fact, put the money in the box. If you truly want to help us get answers, leave the road open to allow the company to answer without having to put themselves in this position.

On top of this, RB has some very pertinent questions I want to hear answers to:
The Sensitron questions
The VeriScript questions
The BarrryAllen question, LOL - JUST KIDDING!!!

Also, of course, I would like to hear answers to ALL of MY questions, LOL.

I have two more coming in a minute.
