Checked clinicaltrials.gov under a search of 3,4-Diaminopyridine. There are multiple trials ongoing. The two prominent ones are by Jacobus and CPRX.

Jacobus is in a Phase 2 trial with data due Feb 13 and CPRX is in a Phase 3 trial with data due Aug 13.

If I understand this correctly (please correct me if I'm wrong), CPRX should receive approval prior to Jacobus finishing a Phase 3 trial. This is barring any incidents in the CPRX trial.

So what is with all the saber rattling over the last couple of days?
