Dr. Stephen J. Dresnick, M.D. has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Internal Fixation Systems, Inc., since April 2009. Dr. Dresnick has been Chief Financial Officer , Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of Internal Fixation Systems, Inc. since May 2012. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FPA Medical Management Inc. since March 1998. Dr. Dresnick founded Sterling Healthcare Group, Inc., and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 1987 to 1998. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Healthcare. From 1999 to 2004, he served as President of Sterling Health Solutions. He is a well known industry expert and entrepreneur. Dr. Dresnick was founder of Solis Healthcare and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orthodontix, Inc. Dr. Dresnick served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPA Medical Management Inc. from November 1996 to March 1998 and Director since 1996. He serves as a Trustee of Florida International University.
