I always appreciate input, links, views from you and others on this site. I trust the info (PACER) that was posted. I always need the actual doc. It's just the way I operate. I was also concerned as to why the link could not be provided. As in; was it in a different format than usual or what. That is why I also asked for any explanation as to why it was not posted. I guess there are just a limited number of people with a PACER account.(Me included). Looks like I'll get doc 1000 from ST after all.
