KATX is a corporation - corporations finance operations with stock - any stock added was justified - setting up/ buying BVIG and all the legal costs was not cheap - read the filings and learn!!

And before stating the Steads are receiving huge salaries - its been years since they received a check!! True commitment to making these corporations grow!!!!!
