I'm confident they'll merge and hopefully there will just be a settlement over a trial. But, they'd still function on their own in my opinion but the share price might drop if that's the case. I think a boat load of people are in this for the merger. Detearing has some good posts about AAMRQ check them out. I'm holding until merger and will keep half my position for some time after that as I think it'll go up to 20-30 +. GLTY
