Mark, what is going on with the property in Nevada? Is there any chance of a partnership/buyout through Allied Nevada?

More importantly for now: Do you expect to receive funding above the current share price? Last time the shareholders got annihilated by the (less than) 1 cent per share capital-raising. Perhaps the worst detail was that the money was spent entirely on regular processes, salaries, rent and maintenance upon it's completion.
