PPS tells a story and now the story is all good...hedge funds pay media to manipulate the pps to their advantage typically using fear as investing is emotional...l expect big players to manipulate the media to their advantage..

No stock goes straight up but this one does have potential to jump to 9s or even 10s in a minute or at the open...this stock has caused me pain when it dropped on the doj complaint but in the end has made me quite a bit richer as l doubled down on the drop.

Talk of President Obama intervening is a real possibility...that is a long shot imo, and if it goes to trial our side seems extremely confident doj does not have a case...doj will get mud on their face imo...

My gut tells me Special Masters will do his job and get this resolved behind closed doors...the court schedule is pushed up per our request which is a victory and puts added pressure on doj. Interesting they doj does not want to limit their exhibits and our side 400 is enough...lot's of posturing which is quite normal...

One thing l do when a stock snowballs is not sell, but move the decimal place over so l can better monitor my portfolio...looks like l have less shares but during trading session l can spot stocks tha need attention...like my chicken stocks yesterday need tending...lol
