Fwiw... He might NOT be being disingenuous. He is more than likely only allowed to say certain things due to legal council.

I am pretty sure that this is a nightmare for all the management. Very few people work this hard to not be crushed emotionally by the weight of what is going on to the company they helped build and the shareholders they have tried to creat value for. And he did both of those things.

Just a thought.
