Hope you guys have seen ARCA bought 20 k a lot of days in the past and recently.
It is not for sure that Solomon is selling dilution shares now.

Even if it is, who cares, we are probably 2-3 weeks from a financial closure here.
Do they need money for something, they have probably a very good reason to sell shares at this time.
This up listing and investor search cost money and the contractors is still cost money.

We now that they are working, we are starting to see the light here for the first time.
