Who would that be? There are only two board members: DeRoos and Riad.

David Sayid is not a member, though some have said that he is. He's merely a new securities attorney.

Perhaps he joined the "team" because somebody really does have to deal with the SEC at this point. If so, I hope he's an experienced litigator.
