Yes we can agree on that. I'm not saying there are no other options that a RS. But when a stock goes this fast from .05 to the lowest you can go 0.0001 in only a year (a difference of 50.000%)and the stock keeps diluting I don't think the future looks very bright and thee options are very little.

No final win on the litigation this year means more money needed
No RS in means no new money by diluting, since people will stop buying this stock
No new financing means No new money
No new money means BK.
